Welcome to the blog. This is where I'll write about ongoing projects, process notes, and the occasional detour into type and color.

What to expect

Mostly short posts, published whenever a project wraps up. Three kinds of things will show up here:

• Case studies — how a branding or poster project came together
• Process notes — sketches, rejected directions, and why they were rejected
• Finds — printed matter, signage, and packaging worth sharing

A note on process

Every project starts on paper. The first digital artifact is usually a scan of a marker sketch, not a vector file — it keeps the early decisions about form separate from the later decisions about execution.
